Natural Disaster Investigations 🔍🌊

As part of our geography learning on natural disasters, pupils in Y6 made a model tsunami. We recorded the effects of a small and large tsunami wave:

“The houses were damaged due to the amount of water and it’s force.”

“Our trees completely fell over and everything is flooded.” 

 
We then spoke about Japan situated in the Ring of Fire, meaning that they experience more tsunamis and earthquakes.
