The FS1 children have been learning all about remembrance day this week. We created poppies using our handprints for our fence outside, we used our fingerprints to create poppies for our window and watched the Cbeebies short clip also named ‘Poppies’ to help them gain new information in a child-friendly way.

FS1 enjoyed a morning of Halloween crafts with their teachers and parents on Monday. We made paper plate pumpkins, spooky biscuits, witches' hats, fluffy ghosts, and skeletons. 🎃 The children had lots of fun and we look forward to welcoming you all in again next term for our Christmas craft morning.
FS1/2 have been learning all about Africa and the book, Handa's surprise. We took part in various activities using the fruits we had found in Handa's basket. FS1 are proud to announce that this week’s pride winner is Frankie. Frankie is flying high with her number recognition and name formation and is always ready and interested to learn new things.

Isla and Piper were awarded their 50 pride points award this week and enjoyed a trip to the dojo shop. Well done girls! 👍
