Rugby Skills in Y6

Yesterday, Year 6 had a fantastic PE lesson developing their tag rugby skills. They began by practising their passing technique, using a sideways pass and making a ‘W’ shape with their hands to hold the ball securely. They then put their skills into practice through 1v1 and 2v2 games, where they worked on rolling the ball backwards, defending and trying to score a try over the try line.

It was fantastic to see everyone giving their best effort and showing great teamwork and sportsmanship throughout the lesson. Well done, Year 6!
