This week, Year 4 and 5 visited the church for a special Remembrance experience. The children were given time to pause and reflect on the meaning of Remembrance, developing their understanding of the significance of the poppy and the bravery, courage and sacrifices made by so many.
It was a thoughtful and meaningful experience, helping the children understand why we remember and the importance of honouring those who served and sacrificed so much for others.
