This morning, Aston Lodge took part in the Baton Relay, which visits 84 schools across Rotherham, to celebrate our town being marked as the Children’s Capital of Culture 2025. To start the day, children joined in with an assembly to speak about the importance of this event. They then cheered on four of our children to start the race. Those who took part ran 1.5km to pass the baton to Aston C of E School.
