This week, our fantastic pupils in Years 3, 4, and 5 took part in an exciting creative competition run by Rotherham Council. The children were challenged to design an individual piece of a jigsaw puzzle, with all the entries eventually coming together to form a large collaborative plaque. The theme, “How our school looks after the environment,” inspired lots of creative and thoughtful ideas.
With so many fantastic designs to choose from, Archie, our Student Leadership Chair, and Rowan, our Vice Chair, had the difficult task of judging every entry. They were incredibly impressed by the creativity and passion shown by all the children. A huge congratulations to Ivy, Harry, and Mia, whose designs were selected to represent our school in the grand final. Their entries have now been sent to the Council, and we wish them the very best of luck!
Well done to everyone who took part. We are incredibly proud of the creativity and enthusiasm shown by all our pupils, as well as their passion for protecting our planet.
