Y6 have had a fantastic first week back at Aston Lodge and have really hit the ground running with their learning. In Maths, they have been diving into their new topic of place value, exploring it in lots of fun and practical ways. The children have used a variety of equipment such as place value grids and base ten blocks, as well as getting competitive with games like bingo to help secure their understanding.
It’s been brilliant to see the class so engaged and working together. Well done, Y6!
