Over the past term, pupils at Aston Lodge have been working hard to paint their Pride of Yorkshire lion cub.
This special project will leave a lasting legacy for the school, and everyone is looking forward to seeing the finished lion displayed in the city centre this summer. The winning designs came from Ophelia in Y2 and Noah in Y5, and elements of both have been carefully incorporated into the final piece.
The school has also raised over £2,000 for Sheffield Children’s Hospital and is incredibly proud of the finished result!
