Last week Beech Class were lucky enough to have an author visit from Simon Murray. He told us how he came up with his character, Icky Doo Dah. We then had a drawing lesson where we drew our own character. We really enjoyed this and some of us have even written our own stories at home about our new characters.
Lots of us bought the Icky Doo Dah books and Simon was lovely enough to leave us a book in school. We’ve really enjoyed reading it and we can’t wait for the next one!
