Last week, Aston Lodge were excited to be part of ‘The Big Assembly’. Schools from across the country connected online to take part in the assembly which showcased stories of some amazing children who are speaking out on really important issues. The assembly encouraged children to think about the issues that matter to them and inspired them to take steps to do something about them.
The Great Big Live Assembly, which was hosted by Dr Krish Kandiah and Braydon Bray, a 12-year-old journalist, celebrated the impact children can have for good, explored why it is important for children to raise their voices on issues that matter to them and helped inspire children to make the world a better place. We were proud to be part of such an important event!
