This week in Literacy, FS2 have been reading the story Handa’s Surprise by Eileen Browne. The children have enjoyed tasting the fruits that Handa brought to her friend Akeyo, and writing sentences to describe what each fruit tastes like. The children also created a bar chart to discover which fruit was their favourite.
