About Us
Our Breakfast and Tea Time Club is based within school and is open to children ages 3-11 during term time.
We offer a flexible service to cater for your childcare needs. Guided by our experienced team; our ethos is to provide a safe and stimulating environment that supports your children’s needs at the same time as increasing their confidence and their independence.
Our breakfast club offers a safe, secure and friendly environment in which children can enjoy a breakfast whilst being supervised by qualified staff.
Breakfast comprises of cereal and toast. Juice or milk is available. Activities are also provided for children once they have eaten.

To book your child please contact the office before 12 noon on the Friday before the week required.
Staff
Our breakfast club will be run by school staff who have the correct safeguarding checks and the appropriate ratios are in place. Staff will keep a list of all members of breakfast club and a register of attendance will be taken daily.
Fees and Payment
The cost per session payable via ParentPay. Payment is to be made in advance of the sessions your child attends, we will inform you in advance of what you need to pay for the upcoming term. You will also have the option to pay this in two instalments, at the beginning of the term and halfway through the term. Payment will be calculated via the responses on the Google booking form. Children will not be allowed to stay at, or attend any breakfast session, unless school has received payment in advance. You will still be charged for sessions you have booked unless 48 hours cancellation notice has been given. In the event of illness, you will be charged for the first day but can give notice for subsequent days.
Booking
Bookings must be made each half term. Please contact the office on office@astonlodgeprimary.org if you need to amend your bookings. Places will be allocated on a ‘first-come-first-served’ basis and we will notify you as soon as possible if we are unable to provide a place for your child. If you have any queries regarding the Breakfast or Teatimers Club, please do not hesitate to contact the school office.
