Yesterday, Aston Lodge had an unforgettable day as children from across the school took part in our annual Sports Day!
The sun was shining, the spirits were high, and the enthusiasm was infectious as children gave it their all across a range of events. From the javelin and long jump to the obstacle race and relays, everyone showed fantastic energy, determination, and team spirit throughout the day.
To round off the day, the children cooled down with a well-deserved ice lolly, before coming together once more for the year group races!
This year, Miss Jenkinson’s White Team were crowned the overall winners – a huge congratulations to them! That said, every child was fantastic on the day, demonstrating teamwork, resilience, and a brilliant attitude.
Well done to everyone who took part and helped make the day such a success – including staff and spectators who supported throughout. We’re already looking forward to next year!
