This week, Aston Lodge hosted the Summer Fair, and what a fantastic event it turned out to be!
With the amazing support of our school community, including parents, carers, local businesses, and staff, the fair was a huge success, raising an incredible £1,011 for school enrichment opportunities. The event was full of energy, and summer spirit, with children and families enjoying a wide variety of stalls and activities.
This year saw some exciting new additions, including Year 6 enterprise stalls – a brilliant opportunity for our children to showcase their creativity, teamwork, and entrepreneurial flair. There was also a visit from an ice cream van, which proved to be a firm favourite in the warm weather!
Events like this reflect the Wickersley Partnership Trust strategic priority of being an active part of the community. By bringing people together and building strong relationships between school and families, we’re proud to contribute to a culture of collaboration, support, and shared celebration.
