As part of Science Week, Year 6 enjoyed a lovely afternoon on a nature walk, where they worked together to identify the five categories of plants. During their walk, they successfully spotted four different types: conifers, flowering plants, grass, and moss. The class were also fascinated to find evidence of seed dispersal, noticing new flowering plants growing close to the flower beds.
It was a great opportunity to explore nature and apply their science learning outdoors. Well done, Year 6!
