Y6 TEKK Challenge Check-In

The children loved part 2 of their TEKK challenge this week! They designed their company uniforms, with the help of Carl, and cat walked around the playground showing off all the features of their prototype. NSPCC Numbers Day with Year 6

Y6 had a brilliant Number Day last week. They completed maths challenges and playing on TTRockstars to raise money for the NSPCC. ❀ 

Creative Clay with Ash Class

Ash class have really loved creating the landscape tile they designed with clay, they used some of the stippling and hatching techniques they used in their sketches when they designed them. They also used tools to roll, cut, carve and imprint and manipulate the clay.  The tiles they have created look amazing! 🀩

In history, the Year 4 children were asked to re-enact the Viking invasion of Lindisfarne following an exploration of primary and secondary sources of evidence.Β  The children worked incredibly hard to create some fabulous freeze frames! Well done Year 4. πŸ‘

Transport Talk – FS2 πŸš—

This term, the children in FS2 have been learning about Transport. During our Literacy lessons, we have been reading stories written by Tony Mitton. So far we have read ‘Cool Cars’, ‘Amazing Aeroplanes’ and ‘Brilliant Boats’.Β  Last week, the children enjoyed making their own brilliant boats using recycled plastic bottles. β›΅
