Parent Halloween Craft

On Monday 16th October 2023, we celebrated 100 years of Disney in school. For 100 years, Disney has been storytelling through the generations. 🏰🌠 To celebrate this milestone, FS2 students enjoyed dressing up and completing Disney-themed learning activities!

Down in the Jungle 🦁🌴

Before the half term our FS1 children learnt all about jungle animals through the nursery rhyme ‘Down in the Jungle’. The children painted their favourite jungle animals and created a lion’s mane mask for their challenge. The children did extremely well in remembering the Makaton signs for each animal. 

Y6 Begin the TEKK Challenge

York Chocolate Factory Visit

Y5 loved their time at York Chocolate Story, as part of our Maya Civilisation topic. They learnt all about where chocolate was first made, the process of making it both during the Mayan times and today and even got to make their very own chocolate!
