On Monday 16th October 2023, we celebrated 100 years of Disney in school. For 100 years, Disney has been storytelling through the generations.
To celebrate this milestone, Y6 students enjoyed dressing up and completing Disney-themed learning activities!
Year 1’s day started off with some Halloween Disney colouring. The children then showed each other their fabulous outfits, before creating their own Disney Story!
In Math’s the children looked at patterns with 2D shapes, creating their own Disney pattern using the characters.
In the Afternoon, we learnt about Walt Disney and created our own Disney characters! We then watched part of a Disney film before we had a Disney singing assembly to end the day.
The children had the best time and sung the songs so beautifully.
