In our class text, The Boy at the Back of the Class, Ahmet goes on an adventure in search of a pomegranate. The new refugee in his class, called Ahmet, has them in his home town of Syria.
Pupils in Y6 loved describing the physical appearance of a pomegranate today, and tasting it for the first time! It really helped us to use and improve our language.
